Acquired and edited Twist It Up: More Than 60 Delicious Recipes from an Inspiring Young Chef, a cookbook by Jack Witherspoon (11 years old at the time of publication). A portion of the book’s proceeds are donated to the Jonathan Jacques Children’s Cancer Center at Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach and to the Beckstrand Cancer Foundation.
